How can I get in touch with you?
If you can't find your answer on our site, don't hesitate to contact us by email at contact@arianana.com or via our contact page. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we promise to respond within 48 to 72 hours.
Why doesn't Aria have a phone number?
Aria has no call center. Our customer support is mainly online. You may encounter automated responses, but rest assured that a human team is always on hand to help you quickly and efficiently.
How do I create and access an account?

Your account can be created before, during or after your purchase. Visit our site and click on 'Account' in the header to get started.
Can I update my personal data in my account?
At Aria, you can easily manage your account details, address book, and e-mail preferences. If you need to change your delivery address or e-mail address after placing an order, contact us immediately and we'll make the changes for you!
Can you delete my account and erase my cookies?
If you wish to leave us, please contact us via our contact page and a member of our team will guide you. Your departure will be a great loss for us!
Please also note that your 'cookies' (navigation data) are only kept for 30 days before being automatically deleted. This period respects the optimal use of your data. You can manage the types of 'cookies' we may track by clicking on the 'cookies' icon at the bottom left of your screen.
Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Take advantage of free worldwide delivery with tracking for all orders over €50 at Aria, covering Europe, America, Asia and Australia.
For Europe and America, expect delivery within 8 to 12 working days. Our standard international shipping time is between 8 and 18 working days, depending on your location. If you have any questions about delivery to your region, please contact us at contact@arianana.com

Do you offer free delivery?
Aria offers FREE worldwide delivery on all orders over €50. For international orders, please allow 8 to 18 days before notifying our customer service department of a missing order. European customers can expect delivery within 8 to 12 working days.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you have recently placed an order and need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Please note that if your order was placed more than 48 hours ago, we will not be able to make adjustments as it will have already been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once you've placed your order with Aria, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam before contacting our support team. If you can't find it, check your spam before contacting our support team.
Within 48 hours of shipment, you'll receive an email confirming shipment and providing a real-time tracking link. To track your order, simply use the 'Delivery tracking' link in our menu. If you lose your order information, please contact us via our contact page for rapid assistance.
Where's my order?
To track your Aria order, click on 'Account' in the top right-hand corner of our website, then log in to view your 'Order History'. You'll find all tracking information there.
A tracking email will also be sent after the order confirmation email. It will include the order number, the shipping number and a tracking link.
If you need to track your order, use the 'Tracking' link in our menu and enter your order details. If you have trouble finding this information, please contact us via our contact page for prompt assistance.
Exchange & return
What is our exchange and return policy?
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt at Aria. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, returns are easy: simply contact our customer service department and return your package to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Your purchase will be refunded once the order has been received in its original, unused packaging.

How do I request an exchange/return?
To initiate a return or exchange, first consult our 'Returns & Refunds Policy' to check the eligibility of your products. This link can be found in the menu at the bottom of our site.
Then contact our customer support team for detailed guidance through the process.
Once we have received and checked your package (product with original packaging intact), Aria will process your refund within a maximum of 15 days.
I've received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing images or videos of the fault. Together, we will examine the best solutions for resolving the problem.
In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, our customer service team will organize a rapid replacement of the product. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order or part of it within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel and you are within the deadline, please inform us immediately by sending an email to contact@arianana.com with your contact details. Our support team will promptly process your refund.
What happens if I miss the return deadline (14 days)?
If the 14-day return period has been exceeded, please contact us immediately at contact@arianana.com

How do I place an order with Aria®?
- Choose your favorite product on our site.
- Make sure you select the right color and size.
- Check the quantity you wish to order.
- Click on "ADD TO CART".
- Check your basket - If everything is correct, click on "Proceed to checkout".
- On the payment page, fill in all the information: Customer details, delivery and billing addresses, delivery method and payment information.
- Enter your discount code (if you have one) at checkout.
- Review your order (products, quantities, colors, sizes).
- Click on "Complete order" to finalize and start shipping.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is generated as soon as you finalize your purchase with Aria. It is a unique series of at least 5 digits.
How to find it :
- Check your order confirmation email, and check your spam folder.
- Create an account with the email address used for purchase and consult your order history. If the number does not appear, this may be due to an error in the email address used for payment. In this case, please contact our customer service department for any modification or additional information about your order..
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the e-mail and it's been more than 15 to 20 minutes since your transaction, send us a message at contact@arianana.com. A member of our team will resend the e-mail.
The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
Don't worry if an Aria product is out of stock. We regularly restock our products. If a product is out of stock, sign up for our newsletter, which is available at the bottom of every page on our website, and/or feel free to contact us at contact@arianana.com. Our team will inform you of the product's next availability.
