• OBOR DESK LIMITED, (hereinafter, "the Seller") having its registered office at Office No 3, 10/F Witty Comm, Building 1A-1L Tung Choi St, Mongkok Kowloon, Hong Kong and the buyer ;

These terms and conditions define the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Website, whether the purchaser is a professional or a consumer.

The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs, where applicable.

5. Controls

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide complete and accurate information and to confirm the information and content related to the various items they wish to purchase via the information provided prior to submitting an order.

It is assumed that the buyer has full knowledge and understanding of the details of the items they are purchasing when submitting the order, the Company will not be held responsible for any problems arising after the sale, and resulting from misinterpretation of the information and related content on the website.

8. Withdrawal

Purchasers, who are non-professional individuals, have a fourteen-day withdrawal period from receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty. Please note that return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

9. Cancellation

If, in the opinion of the Company, customers fail or are suspected of failing to comply with any term or provision of these terms of service, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice to you or the seller, and you shall remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

10. Terms of payment

Payments made via the website are made by credit card either by : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Paypal, online banking, Apple Pay, etc.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the buyer's credit card details are encrypted.

Once the order is received, the Company requests a pre-authorization on the card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

No information concerning the financial transaction is retained or recorded.

11. Shipments

The Company sells but is not responsible for the shipment of products ordered via the website. The Seller mainly ships products from China. The transport of goods is entrusted to another logistics company chosen by the Seller.

Products are shipped directly to the customer's home.

12. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the purchase confirmation, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.

Delivery times vary according to the time required for processing, order verification and quality control during the 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation and production.

Production and delivery times are indicated at the time of payment, and may vary from 5 to 15 working days. The Seller aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during specific periods, deliveries may take longer. Due to COVID-19 and any other customs or geopolitical constraints, as well as various logistical restrictions, delivery times may be longer than usual. All necessary special precautions regarding order processing and security are taken into account.

When the package is delivered to the carrier, it is considered to have been delivered to the buyer, and the risk of loss or damage is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Therefore, in the event of damage during transport, a claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. The liability of the Seller is no longer engaged, and that of JNX CORPORATE OÜ, which is not a party to the sale, is in any case excluded.

Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract with the Seller may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

However, in the event of delivery or other problems, the Company undertakes to do everything in its power to contact the seller and/or the carrier in order to resolve the situation.

13. Opinions and comments

If, the purchaser submits certain specific submissions, proposals, such as contest entries, or if, without our request, the customer submits creative ideas of suggestions, proposals, designs or other elements, online, by email, postal mail or otherwise, the customer agrees that the Company, edits, copies, publishes, distributes, translates and uses in any way, on any medium, the comments submitted to them and relinquishes any claim to intellectual property, payment or compensation to the Company to which it transfers any rights.

The Company is under no obligation to keep comments confidential; to pay compensation for any comment; or to respond to any comment. Comments are the responsibility of the author.

The Company may, but is not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove content that it deems unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party's intellectual property or these terms and conditions.

Buyer agrees that comments may not violate the rights of others including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, personality or any other personal or proprietary rights.

The buyer further agrees that his comments will not contain any defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive or obscene content, nor any computer viruses or other malicious software likely to affect in any way the operation of the website, nor any advertising, solicitation or commercial, religious, political, personal or institutional attack, conflicting or irrelevant messages.

The purchaser may not use a false e-mail address, a false identity, pretend to be someone other than himself or herself, or mislead as to all or part of the information concerning him or herself (age, status as a trader or not, gender, location, etc.), or mislead the Company or a third party as to the origin of a comment.

The buyer is solely responsible for the comments made and their accuracy. The Company assumes no responsibility for comments posted by the customer or others.

14. Warranty

In the event of a complaint about your order, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at contact@arialife.store as soon as possible after receipt of your parcel, to enable the Company to inform the Vendor and/or the Carrier, if necessary.

The guarantee given by the Vendor cannot be exercised after 30 days from the date of receipt.

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Vendor for reimbursement.

Any claim for an order will be impossible beyond 60 days from the invoice date.

15. Liability

During online sales, the Seller assumes responsibility and the Company, which is limited to providing the platform hosted by Shopify inc, is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, access to third-party content, network or configuration problems such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions or other involuntary problems.

16. Personal data

The submission of personal information through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy.

17. Intellectual property

All information and content related to items displayed on the Website, including, but not limited to, prices, details, dimensions, weights, descriptions and specifications of items are translated by us from information obtained from Seller sources and the items or related information are not owned, manufactured, sold or endorsed by Seller.

The collection, arrangement and assembly of all website content is the exclusive property of the Company.

18. Dispute resolution

If disputes arising from this agreement cannot be settled within 30 days of their occurrence, the parties agree to submit such disputes to Estonian law and Estonian jurisdiction.

19. Applicable laws

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. If the purchaser is resident in a country of the European Union, he shall also benefit from the rights protecting him under the mandatory provisions of the law and applicable provisions of the country of residence.
